Hansoec is an independent online retailer based in the United Kingdom. Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Hansoec offers bags, accessories, and selected lifestyle products, including distinctive shark-inspired designs.

Hansoec offers free shipping to countries and regions currently enabled for checkout on our website.
We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or technical error where reasonably necessary. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact you or cancel the affected order and refund any applicable amount already captured.
Orders and Order Acceptance

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
After an order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is 6–9 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is generally 7–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Hansoec offers a standard 30-day commercial return window for eligible purchases, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind, personal-preference, or other non-seller-fault returns, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or other seller-related fulfillment issues, Hansoec will provide or cover the applicable return or remedy arrangement after reviewing the issue.
Hansoec does not charge a restocking fee.
After an eligible returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, Hansoec issues the applicable refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
For UK consumers, applicable statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain available in addition to our commercial return policy. Nothing in these Terms or our commercial policies removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
